BBQ Bison

We give you a choice with two different styles of our delicious Barbecue Bison. We cook brisket of bison in our famous barbecue sauce until it is fork tender and then slice it for you. For the barbecue purist, we also simmer "strips and bits" of our bison in the same sauce until it melts in your mouth. Both arrive fully cooked and are ready to heat and serve. They make ideal sandwiches and lend themselves to your favorite side dishes. And, of course, you have the health benefits of bison. Great barbecue, healthier for you, and available two ways.
