Preparation:
Form ground Bison into a loaf. Cut jalapeno peppers lengthwise and freeze. Push frozen pepper spikes into Bison loaf. Grill loaf on covered grill. Use barbecue sauce to keep moist. Slice and serve. Serves 4.
Note: This is even better the next day as a cold sandwich.
