Bison Barbeque Ribs

Ingredients:

  • 3 lbs. Bison ribs
  • 1 T. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. ketchup
  • 1/4 tsp. fresh ground pepper
  • 1/4 c. cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 c. minced onions
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced


Preparation:

Brown ribs in heavy Dutch oven or heavy iron cooking vessel with a coating of cooking oil. Combine all the remaining ingredients and pour over ribs. Cover and bake in 350° oven for 2 hours-removing the cover the last half hour. Serves 6.
