Preparation:
Season roast with Montreal steak seasoning, rubbing in well. Brown roast in olive oil in hot skillet. Cook in Crock Pot on low heat for 6 hours. (If you're not a fan of beer, or you just want to try something different, substitute the ale for 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup and 1 cup of Red Wine).
