Corned Bison and Cabbage

Ingredients:

  • 1 head cabbage, quartered
  • 1 tsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. salt, to taste
  • 1 lb. corned Bison
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper, to taste

Preparation:

Steam cabbage with salt, pepper and butter for 30 minutes. Add corned Bison, heat and serve.
