Bison Quiche

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 lb ground bison
  • 1/3 c. green onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. real mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 lb. grated swiss or mild cheddar cheese
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 tbsp. worchestershire sauce
  • 1 pie shell

Preparation:
Cook ground bison in skillet. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over meat in pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees F for 50 minutes.
