SayersBrook Hunter's Stew

SayersBrook Hunter's Stew is a natural comfort food. Made with ground bison meat (which is naturally lower in fat, calories, and cholesterol), vegetables, potatoes and tomatoes, it is a flavorful dish designed to hold back the winter doldrums. Hunter's Stew traces its origins back to pioneer times. Mother would hang a huge kettle over the fire and cut up whatever was in the root cellar along with the product of the "hunt." The result was a nourishing meal. Our chef's have taken the idea and turned it into a convenient, delicious, one-dish meal. We package it in convenient 1-lb. pouches so that you only have to cook what you wish. Each order includes 4 (16 oz) packages.
